The Service helps users locate food trucks and reserve food trucks for events. Information on the Website is for convenience only and may not be accurate or reliable. BoiseStreetFood.com does not inspect, warrant, or endorse any food trucks or services listed on the Website.
Food truck owners are responsible for complying with applicable laws, health codes, and safety regulations. BoiseStreetFood.com is not liable for claims, injuries, or damages related to the use of these services.
3. Subscriptions and Premium Features
Food trucks may create free accounts to have a listing on the Website. Free listings remain visible but do not receive event leads or access to the KDS.
Subscribing food trucks gain access to event leads, the Kitchen Display System (KDS), and premium listing features. Monetization may include partner vendor promotions or advertising. All monetization activities are conducted only with explicit consent.
4. Account Requirements
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Maintain account security.
- Consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy and these Terms, including access to KDS for order management and event leads.
5. User Responsibilities
Users and food trucks must ensure that uploaded content does not infringe intellectual property rights or contain offensive material. Content must comply with guidelines including no nudity, violence, or sexually explicit material.
6. Term and Termination
These Terms remain effective while you use the Service. BoiseStreetFood.com may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, or at our discretion. Terminations are made at our sole discretion, and we are not liable for damages resulting from enforcement.
7. Limitation of Liability
BoiseStreetFood.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Maximum liability is limited to $100 or the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.
8. Release
You release BoiseStreetFood.com from any claims, liabilities, or damages related to third-party services, including food trucks listed on the Website or partner vendors.
