1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you and BoiseStreetFood.com ("us," "we," or "our") regarding your use of our website at www.boisestreetfood.com ("Website") and services provided via the Website ("Service").

By creating an account, submitting an event request, browsing the Website, or using the Service, you agree to these terms. These Terms include a class action waiver, a waiver of jury trials, and require binding arbitration for most disputes.

2. Description of Service & Lead Distribution

The Service helps users locate and reserve food trucks and connected event services. BoiseStreetFood.com is a lead-generation and discovery platform only. We do not provide catering, event planning, or equipment rental services directly.

When you submit an event request, you acknowledge that we act as a conduit to share your information with independent third-party vendors, including food trucks, wedding planners, and venues. BoiseStreetFood.com does not inspect, warrant, or endorse any vendors listed on the Website.

3. Subscriptions, Fees, and Partner Ecosystem

Event Referral Ecosystem: We facilitate connections between users and third-party event professionals. BoiseStreetFood.com is not a party to any contracts, agreements, payments, or disputes that may arise between users and these vendors.

Future Monetization: BoiseStreetFood.com reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, converting free accounts to paid subscriptions, charging per-lead fees, or implementing booking commissions. Users will be provided 30 days' notice via their registered email before any mandatory fees are implemented.

KDS and Lead Access: Access to the Kitchen Display System (KDS) and direct event leads may be restricted to "Pro" or "Subscribed" accounts as the platform evolves.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

All vendors (Food Trucks, Planners, Venues) are solely responsible for maintaining their own licenses, permits, insurance, and compliance with Idaho health and safety regulations. BoiseStreetFood.com is not liable for any vendor’s failure to perform or for any injury, illness, or property damage resulting from a vendor’s service.

5. Account Security & Content

Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for account security. Any content uploaded (photos, menus, text) must not infringe on intellectual property rights or contain offensive, violent, or sexually explicit material.

6. Limitation of Liability & Release

Lead Quality: BoiseStreetFood.com does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or conversion rate of any leads. All leads are provided "as-is."

No Indirect Damages: In no event shall BoiseStreetFood.com be liable for lost profits, lost weddings/events, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to $100 or the total fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

Release: You hereby release BoiseStreetFood.com from any and all claims or damages arising out of disputes between you and any other user or third-party vendor found through the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion for violations of these terms or for any other reason, without liability for resulting damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
